It was an honor to feature the incredible Dominique Zuniga, an outstanding world music vocalist and performer, and to share the stage with some of the most talented dancers I’ve ever met.
This project represents the fusion of rhythm, movement, and soul — a true celebration of human connection through music and dance.

Celestino Sidney stands out for his contemporary Afro-fusion drumming style, characterized by explosive, blazing, multilayered polyrhythms.
From hand-played organic tribal trance rhythms and ecstatic dance world music to influences from traditional West African ethno-percussion.
His first solo project, Trancemble, is showcased in a live performance that blends traditional world music with innovative contemporary drumming.
Celestino creates a powerful "Tribe of Drummers" sound with a ten-piece organic-hybrid percussion drum set and performs his compositions on the Kamelen Ngoni, a Malian string harp.
He explores the connection between traditional world rhythm cultures and modern influences.
With Trancemble, Celestino Sidney presents a unique artistic vision that aims to captivate audiences both in Switzerland and worldwide.
His compositions are marked by highly complex polyrhythms, built on both improvised and arranged, repetitive structures.
At the same time, elements of his voice blend harmoniously into a melodic and harmonic soundscape, taking listeners on a sonic journey to distant cultures.

As a multi-instrumentalist, Celestino has developed his innovative organic hybrid percussion drum set over the last 10 years, with which he creates the massive sound of an entire percussion ensemble on his own. Celestino is known for his contemporary Afrofusion drumming, his explosive, burning multilayered polyrhythms. In his live show "Trancemble", Celestino creates a huge tribe of drummers sound with a ten-part drum kit and presents his compositions on the Kamelen Ngoni, a Malinese string harp.
At the same time, elements of his voice merge embracingly with a melodic/harmonic sound space that takes listeners on a world music journey to distant cultures.
